Family Literacy Program

The 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ Family Literacy Program provides low-income families in Weber and Davis Counties with parenting strategies and support at no cost. We help families to increase learning and engagement with their children and offer services in both English and Spanish.

The program includes:

  • Free books, games, and activities
  • Connections to community resources such as the Treehouse Museum
  • Support with helping your child to be ready for school

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a Weber or Davis County resident
Children must be ages 2-6
We serve lower income families

Register and you will be contacted by a program coordinator in one or two days.

  

About Us

Your kids will benefit from higher levels of literacy and academic achievement. You’ll benefit from parenting guidance and discipline tips. Your family will benefit from greater emotional closeness and involvement in education.

The Family Literacy Program is a Partnership between the Glasmann Family Literacy Endowment at 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ, the Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership (Head Start), Ogden School District, the Elizabeth Stewart Treehouse Museum, Deseret Industries, The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation and Ally Bank.
